Welcome to Caravelle (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Caravelle mobile application and website (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the App. Businesses registering B2B accounts must provide accurate company details and maintain authorized access for their users.

2. Account Registration

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.

3. App Features

Caravelle supports both Retail (B2C) and Wholesale (B2B) ordering, including product browsing, stock checks, order tracking, invoice downloads, and user role management. Available features may vary by account type.

All payments must be made via approved secure methods. For B2B customers with credit terms, payments must follow the agreed schedule. We do not store full payment card details.

Non-payment may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

6. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery times vary by product, location, and carrier. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, force majeure).

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities, not to reproduce protected content without permission, and not to interfere with the App’s security or operations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product images, text, graphics, and software are owned by Caravelle or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. You can request deletion of your account any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the absolute accuracy of listings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caravelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
